Assignment 17- Elevator Pitch 2

2. I was really surprised by the positive feedback I got last time on my pitch. I’m not sure if it’s actually because my pitch was good or everyone was unfamiliar with them to begin with. I’m assuming it is the latter, since I have never done an elevator pitch before in my life so I am sure there was plenty that I could improve on. I struggled with ending the pitch last time which I got some feedback on. I wasn’t sure how to ask for my group members feedback without it sounding abrupt and awkward, which is exactly what ended up happening in my last pitch. I thought the piece about me improving how I asked for feedback was the most useful comment from my last pitch.
3. I changed the closing of my pitch to ask for feedback in a smoother more transitioned way than before and I think it worked out really nicely. I also changed my pitch around a bit, although that was due to some changes in my business idea and not from feedback.

ReplyDeleteI think you did a great job on the assignment. I liked how you took the feedback you received and came back with a stronger pitch. I also think you did well in analyzing what could’ve been better in your previous pitch and incorporating some changes to accomplish that. I personally feel that your second pitch was better because you seem way more confident. Overall, I think you did a great job!

ReplyDeletegreat job on your pitch after watching your first pitch and now this one I think you have a very firm grasp on where you want to take your product and how you want to carry it out. The hooks were great and the way you got your point across without just saying what your product is was great. you really built upon what your peers said last time.

ReplyDeleteAs always, you did a brilliant job on this assignment. Your hook is always great and I love it. I'm glad that you take my feedback about the ending by asking some comments from group. You did it very well and it is not awkward. I love the way you build up this pitch from the last time which I belive you are going to do it better and better for the coming up elevator pitch. Overall, I look forward to see your work.
